I am so incredibly excited to be introducing this new Calendar Project that just sings to my heart. Tuning into Nature, my Birds of Canada 2025 Calendar will feature 12 months of 12 special encounters I had with birds here in Okotoks and other parts of Alberta and British Columbia.
Each one has a story and I look forward to sharing them with you over the next few months.
The cover was a picture I took in Salmon Arm this past summer. I would head down to the wharf early in the morning to watch the Great Blue Herons. This one had been on his own patiently trying to fish. I captured this picture just after an attempt where he hadn't been successful. He stood their quietly as he waited for his next attempt. These birds have so much patience. 
 
I have decided to reduce the price of this calendar as there is one small mistake and that is in the month of August. That beautiful little woodpecker is actually a Hairy Woodpecker and not a Downy. So, I am selling at an "As Is" price. However, maybe a lot of people won't even notice because they will be captivated by the picture :-)
 
These calendars are  8" x 11" in size. They have big squares and a nice little area for notes.
