We had a few days of really good rain. As the rain finally let off I decided to go visit the owls to see if I could see what they looked like wet. Sure enough, I found Mama sitting on a tree not looking impressed. This made me laugh...but I also did feel a bit sorry for her.
 
This card is part of a series of cards and soon to be prints of the Great Horned Owl family I followed for over 3 months this past spring/summer. I feel so lucky to have watched this baby grow.
