One night I was walking by the forest when I saw something fly into the rocks across the way. I slowly walked up to the pile and started scanning the area. There, hiding in the rocks was this Great Horned Owlet just hanging out. I was thrilled as a friend of mine had told me the day before that I had just missed seeing him in the rocks.
 
This card is part of a series of cards and soon to be prints of the Great Horned Owl family I followed for over 3 months this past spring/summer. I feel so lucky to have watched this baby grow.
