In mid-spring I was lucky enough to go exploring with my friend in Waterton Lakes looking for wildlife. We came around the bend to find this Black Bear at first playing with one of the pilons on the side of the road. Later he walked away before turning around and seemed to be coming for us. He then went to lay down on the road and have a rest.
This picture was taken with a long lens and cropped to create this closerup affect. We were in the saftey of the car.
